1. Introduction

At Mayfair Hair and Beauty (MHB Aesthetic), we understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request that you read and comply with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
  • Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment time, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the scheduled treatment.
  • Deposit: For appointments where a deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled treatment.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: To reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • How to Reschedule: You can reschedule your appointment via our online booking system or by directly contacting us via phone or email.
  • Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling an appointment less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled treatment may be subject to limitations based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Late Arrival Policy
We kindly request that you attend your appointment on time.

  • 15-Minute Grace Period: A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed if you call us before your expected arrival time.
  • Beyond 15 Minutes: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.

5. Payment for Packages All treatment packages purchased from our clinic must be paid for upfront at the time of booking. This ensures your booking is confirmed and secures your treatment schedule.

6. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Treatments: Once a treatment has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us immediately to schedule a consultation to discuss your concerns in person.
  • Non-Refundable Packages: Payments for any treatments or packages purchased are non-refundable. However, unused amounts can be applied towards other treatments at our clinic upon agreement.


7. In-House Finance Policy
If our partnered finance company does not approve your application, and we offer you an in-house finance option, the following terms will apply:

  • You must adhere strictly to the agreed instalment terms. Any delay in payment will result in your package being recalculated at the single-session price for treatments already taken.

  • The package will be cancelled if payment is delayed beyond 24 hours from the due date of any instalment.

  • All in-house finance options are limited to a maximum duration of 30 days from the first instalment date. Full payment must be completed within this time frame.

8. Behaviour and Safety Policy

At Mayfair Hair and Beauty (MHB Aesthetic), we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and staff.

 

  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse: We do not tolerate any form of harmful language, abusive behaviour, harassment, or blackmail.
  • CCTV Surveillance: CCTV operates at all times within our clinic to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
  • Reporting Abuse: Any incidents of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour will be immediately reported to the local police.

9. Package Redemption Period
All treatment packages purchased must be fully redeemed within 8 months from the date of the first session. Any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

10. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
